Free Advice Taken Here

I am presently taking advice from ANYONE. My dear little niece that I keep every day evidently takes after her mother and will not sleep. She is about to be 9 months old and maybe sleeps 35 minutes altogether the entire day I have her. Auntie is at wits end. Please help! Do I let her cry it out at nap? She has to be tired-she's an infant. And if she does go to sleep, the minute I put her down, she pops up and stands in the crib and cries. Dotsy-where are you???? Maybe I don't have the magic touch, or maybe I should just charge her mother more due to a non-sleeping clause in my contract!

I am so excited that your blogging. I am so sad that I am not able to come to your fun party. We are going to the Bull Sale in Comanche and then to the A&M game on Saturday. I hope it is fun. You will have to blog about it!!!!

I would see about letting her cry it out. What does she do when she gets home or what time do they put her to bed? Just curious. Graham would not sleep either until my baby sitter got a hold of him and basically made him take a nap. She was a mother of 4 and I was so thankful that she taught him or made him do it. Anyways, let me know.

I have no idea how to help, but if you figure it out, please let me know for when my own boys arrive.
